Shipping and Delivery Policy
We are pleased to offer shipping Australia-wide via Australia Post. Shipping options and pricing are as follows:
- $9.95 AUD for Standard Post (Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days)
- $14.95 AUD for Express Post (Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days)
For orders over $100 AUD, we offer free Standard Postage Australia-wide.
International Shipping: For customers outside of Australia, please reach out to us at contact@signaturetallow.com to request a shipping quote. Shipping times and costs will vary depending on the destination.
Please note that all shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as postal service delays or customs processing. Signature Tallow is not responsible for delays once an item has been dispatched. Tracking information will be provided upon shipment for your convenience.
Order Processing: We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
