Shipping and Delivery Policy
We are pleased to offer shipping Australia-wide via Australia Post. Shipping options and pricing are as follows:
- FREE Standard Post shipping(Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days)
- $4.95 AUD for Express Post (Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days)
For orders over $150 AUD, we offer FREE Express Postage Australia-wide.
International Shipping: For customers outside of Australia, there is a fixed fee of $35AUD. Shipping times and costs will vary depending on the destination.
Please note that all shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as postal service delays or customs processing. Signature Tallow is not responsible for delays once an item has been dispatched. Tracking information will be provided upon shipment for your convenience.
Order Processing: We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Refund and Returns Policy
At Signature Tallow, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted products. However, due to the nature of our skincare items, we do not offer returns for change of mind.
Faulty, Incorrect, or Damaged Goods: If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Send an email to contact@signaturetallow.com, including your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging if possible. We will review your claim and provide instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds: Approved claims for faulty or damaged items will result in a refund, replacement, or store credit. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If a return is authorized, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the fault is ours (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer exchanges for any products. All claims must be processed as either a refund or replacement.
